Proprietary Investments

Invest AD employs it’s own balance sheet in several areas on global markets. These include: private equity and real estate funds of funds, loan syndication origination activities and direct investment in other assets. The investment is primarily focused towards the Middle East and North Africa region.

The group also manages Invest AD’s treasury and trading operations, including foreign exchange, money markets, fixed income, equities and commodities.

The company’s proprietary investments group plays an important role in assisting the development of our funds business by way of supplying “seed investment”.

To ensure that our clients’ interests are never compromised by our own, Invest AD has clearly separated the operation and decision making of its own investments from that of the teams running the third-party asset management businesses.
