To MENA investors, Invest AD furthermore advises on strategic transactions in emerging markets in Asia and Africa and delivers a second, non-conflicted opinion on cross-border situations in developed markets, alongside U.S. or European investment banks or lending banks.

Invest AD also selectively provides financial advice to companies and institutions in Europe, Asia or America with long-term development plans in the Middle East, and who share the same long-term view as Abu Dhabi’s ruling family and the emirate’s institutions.

The advisory team is headed by Alex Carré de Malberg, who last worked for over a decade at independent family-owned investment bank Rothschild. He is joined by colleagues in the team who bring unrivalled experience in investment banking and the MENA region.
